Rental Qualifications

Qualifications include the following:

(1) Total combined gross monthly income needs to be equal or greater than 3 times the monthly rent.

 

This needs to be verifiable income. Examples of verifiable include jobs with online or paper paycheck stubs (min 90 days employment), government checks such as SSI or SSD, retirement income from a Pension, IRA, or 401K, and others.

(2) No evictions or rule to vacates filed against you in past 5 years.

(3) FICO Credit score must be 560 or higher for most rentals. Some premium rentals may require a higher FICO score.

(4) We do a complete background check and all occupants over 18 years old must complete a seperate application with application fee.
