(1) Total combined gross monthly income needs to be equal or greater than 3 times the monthly rent.
This needs to be verifiable income. Examples of verifiable include jobs with paycheck stubs (online or paper), government checks such as SSI or SSD, retirement income from a Pension, IRA, or 401K, and others.
(2) No evictions or rule to vacates filed against you in past 5 years.
(3) FICO Credit score must be 575 or higher for most rentals.
(4) We do a background check and all occupants over 18 years old must complete a seperate application.
