(1) We advertise on many of the large Real Estate Websites and their syndicates. For Examples, you will find our homes on Zillow.com, Trulia.com and Apartments.com.
We DO NOT advertise on Facebook. If you see one of our properties on Facebook, someoone likely copied our add and is trying to scam the reader. Beware of Facebook rentals.
(2) Send us a text to 864-328-5941 and ask what rentals are available and are coming available. Let us know your move in date, the type of pets you have, and the # of bedrooms you need. We keep an ongoing list of not only what is for rent today but also what is coming for rent. This list will include future houses where the marketing for Zillow and other websites may not yet have started. Future houses will include occupied houses that are at the end of the lease and a tenant is moving plus homes that are currently being remodeled and coming available soon. Pricing and addresses are also provided.
We recomend you send us a text every two weeks as this list can change quickly and many of our homes are rented by this means without every being marketed on the large Real Estate websites.
(3) When you call during off hours our auto attendant will answer the phone call. Choose the option to hear about our rentals. There may be a slight delay between each listing. When the list is done, it will go back to the main menu.
